ROF Modules
RF transceiver modules are compact devices designed for both transmitting and receiving radio frequency signals, making them essential for wireless communication systems. These modules integrate the functionality of both a transmitter and a receiver into a single unit, enabling bidirectional communication in applications such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, and other wireless protocols. RF transceivers are widely used in Internet of Things (IoT) devices, remote controls, and wireless sensors, providing reliable operation with low power consumption and high data rates for efficient communication over short and long distances. Their versatility and integration make them a key component of modern wireless networks.
Direct Modulation Laser Transmitter Component
This device directly modulates the laser’s output intensity in response to an input RF signal from 0.1 GHz to 18 GHz, completing the electro-optic conversion. It outputs a radio-frequency-modulated optical signal at a wavelength of 1310 nm or 1550 nm. After transmission through optical fiber, it delivers the modulated optical signal to an optoelectronic conversion component (photodetector).

Electro-optic Modulator
The product primarily provides the conversion from electrical signals to optical signals, outputting them in optical form for user applications. It mainly consists of an optical intensity modulator and a modulator driver control unit. The device’s output optical interface is an FC/APC connector, it is powered by an external power supply, and the component itself is packaged in a non-hermetic metal package.

Laser Source Module
This product outputs a single channel of optical signals with low noise and narrow linewidth through electro-optic conversion of the laser, providing a stable optical carrier for external electro-optic modulators over a wide range of ambient temperatures. The product offers a full spectrum of ITU wavelengths.
